This is the Metal Slug 5 disc in the Metal Slug 4 & 5 that came out in USA for the PlayStation 2. Metal Slug 5 was probably the most innovative game in the franchise at the time, adding a lot of new moves and new enemies, it's a must play for every fan of the series.
